Traders to close shops in solidarity with A4C protests

Unconfirmed reports that have reached Uganda Correspondent in the last few minutes suggest that traders in the capital city Kampala have resolved to join the nationwide protests against high fuel and food prices by closing all their shops.
“…In a meeting today Kampala City Traders Association [KACITA] has resolved to close all shops in Kampala until taxes on fuel are reduced. Let’s see how Museveni will jail all of them like he did to Besigye and Mao”, read the message.
