ICC must investigate Museveni

Museveni has actually convicted himself even before the ICC has done it. Why? Because this man, from day one when he took power, he only talks of killing people. One of his most noted catch-phrases is “we have killed them”. If you go back to all his speeches, he has actually put a rope round his neck by himself. Even his own men have written books to say they used to kill while dressed in UNLA and UPC uniforms. The ICC should be encouraged to investigate M7 very well and bring him to book. He should account for his killings. Some of the killings were done in broad day light like the boys from Teso. I believe if the mothers and fathers of these boys are still alive, they will testify against this monster. Ugandans should press for charges like that of Charles Taylor.
