President Yoweri Museveni has broken his loud silence over the political crisis that has engulfed Libya with a scathing attack on both Gaddafi and the Western allies trying to oust Gaddafi.

A health crisis is looming in the several parts of Uganda as HIV/Aids patients resort to using veterinary drugs used for treating dogs, cattle, and goats among others.

The Minister of State for Ethics and Integrity Dr. James Nsaba Buturo has resigned from cabinet following the Supreme Court judgement that stripped him of his seat in parliament for leaving his NRM party to stand for re-election as an independent candidate.
